This is not a new concept but a new approach to empower the family structure to have more of a voice in providing for the safety of children that must be removed from their birth home.

The role of TSI is coordination and facilitation. We coordinate family meetings that include family members, extended family members, friends, and identified community support/resources service representations. Meetings are facilitated to help family members develop plans to ensure the safety and well being of the children.
